Weekly Plan

 Week 2

Today We analyse various documentary videos just to get some ideas what a documentary videos would look like for the project that we are going to make in the future. 

Week 3: We made our group, watch a documentary videos on netflix and analysing it (another one we are free to choose) and must be done by next week

Week 4: documentary research and figuring out whats and whos our target audiences for our documentary project. 

Problems: We haven't finished our target audience blog. 

Solution: finishing it later when we have time. to-do: our target audience blog.

Week 5: This week we were able to create a more cohesive plan for our project and we had some new ideas for the shots we will be using in the documentary project we found we would need a script as we realized how complicated it would be to talk as a host and completely improvising.

problem: How we will be developing our project to represent the things we want to represent. 

solution: discussing with my group to clarify.

Week 6: This week we made our storyboard and finished it, though we did have our trials and tribulations as we couldn't pick what food we would be eating and showed in the documentary. 

problem: We couldn't pick the food and location we wanted to film. 

Solution: we discussed it more so we could choose a spot for one of our team members could eat.

Week 7:

This week is a full project lesson, we discussed and finalised our storyboard, ideas etc so that me and my team could record it as soon as possible.

 

problem: i think so far there is no problem

solution: nothing (we just need to do recording and editing)

1st Filming Schedule: 31st august 2023

Filming will be on the between of week 7 and 8

the first filming day (week 7), we'd likely to do mostly trial and errors, the opening, and also the first location of the restaurant that we want to compare. 

the second filming day which is on the 1st of september we will be filming on the second and third location. 

in the week 8 between 8th of september and 9th semptember we will also filming and doing our finishing

Week 8: This week we had some scenes and recorded the 1st and 2nd locations also we started our editing along with creating our thumbnail. We did have some problems this week with scheduling our filming because of clashing plans. 

Problems: We had clashing plans with the film schedule so we couldn't be efficient enough with filming. Solution: we will film all of the scenes as fast as possible in one day.

Week 9: This week we were mostly editing our footage and improving it along with changing things we didn't like and making a new plan for the documentary. 

Problems: Shooting problems all around and struggling in editing for the documentary along with the thumbnail. 

Solution: We will take our time to get our task done both the thumbnail and editing.
